GREENHOUSE PLANTS
According to NASA, plants remove Volatile Airborne Chemicals in the air like benzene, formaldehyde, and trichloroethylene. Houseplants are also useful for increasing humidity levels, often translating into a less stressful environment. NASA goes as far as to recommend at least one plant per 100 square feet of your home or office for most the efficient means of air cleansing and stress relief.

Know Your Light:
Low light plants do well in areas of the house with less than 4 hours of natural light, or in environments with artificial light as the only light source. these plants are well suited for rooms with a North exposure.
Moderate light plants do well in environments with 4-6 hours of bright light. These plants thrive in rooms with a East or North-West exposure.
High light plants require 6+ hours of bright light, these plants are well suited to West or South exposure.
