Refunds are available when...
The item is new, unused and resalable condition with its original tags & packaging, accompanied by receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refund will be made in the original form of payment.
Exchange/store credit is available when...
The item is new, unused and resalable condition with its original tags & packaging, accompanied by receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Statuary, Pottery and Fountains
May be exchanged with receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Plants
Trees & Shrubs must be planted in the ground to be covered by a six month (one time) replacement warranty with proof of purchase. Annuals, tropical, greenhouse plants, & perennials are not guaranteed.
Sale Merchandise
All sales are final on merchandise reduced 25% or more. Warranties are not valid on clearance items.
