SALES LEAD LOGAN’S POP-UP LOCATION

The Sales Lead is responsible for offering excellent customer service while caring for the plants on sight. The Sales Lead will be responsible for daily POS transactions and end of day cash deposits. The Sales Lead will also contribute to the purchasing and receiving of plants at that location by coordinating with the buyers at the main flag-ship store downtown. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Availability on Saturday is a must
• Must understand and comply with Logan’s policies and procedures.
• Must be able to work with an Ipad and ring up customers accurately
• Must be comfortable and trustworthy with handling cash transactions
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team to perform all tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members and leadership.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and assume responsibility for actions.
• Passion for personal and professional growth through consistent learning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
• Assist customers as needed in selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Ensure displays are neat, well kept, and signed appropriately.
• Water plant material in accordance with Logan’s Procedures and Best Practices.
• Assist with weekly ordering and receiving of plant material
• Run POS daily and reconcile cash deposits each evening
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment 
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk most of the day. You must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and reach. Occasionally, he/she must be able to crawl, climb or balance. Employees must frequently lift and /or move 25-50lbs. 

Work Environment

This job operates in an outdoor environment on our Family Farm. Role requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather.
