Refunds are available when...

•  The item is new, unused, and in resalable condition with its original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by receipt within 14 days of purchase. 

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

Exchange / Store Credit is available when...

•  The item is new, unused and resalable condition with its original tags and packaging, 
• Accompanied by receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Please note* - No returns on Christmas themed merchandise past December 7th. 

May be exchanged with receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Trees & Shrubs must be planted in the ground to be covered by a six-month (one-time) replacement warranty with proof of purchase. 

Annuals, Tropicals, Houseplants, and Perennials are not guaranteed. 

All sales are final on merchandise reduced 25% or more. Warranties are not valid on clearance items. 

Deposits are non-refundable.
