Refunds are available when...
The item is new, unused, and resalable condition with its original tags and packaging, accompanied by receipt within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.

Exchange / Store Credit is available when...
The item is new, unused and resalable condition with its original tags and packaging, accompanied by receipt within 30 days of purchase.



May be exchanged with receipt within 14 days of purchase.



Trees & Shrubs must be planted in the ground to be covered by a six-month (one-time) replacement warranty with proof of purchase.

Annuals, Tropicals, Houseplants, and Perennials are not guaranteed. 



All sales are final on merchandise reduced 25% or more. Warranties are not valid on clearance items. 

Deposits are non-refundable.
