Marketing Lead

The Marketing Lead will proactively drive guest engagement and community involvement as an ambassador for Logan’s brand by supporting internal and external marketing, including by not limited to signage, digital ads, website creation/updating, weekly info emails and sales floor marketing. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for Logan’s by providing excellent customer service that makes guests feel welcome.

• Looking at every space and function of the company from the guest perspective, communicating constructive feedback as needed.

• Oversee engagement on all company social media accounts.

• Design and edit digital and paper promotional materials.

• Make marketing-related purchasing decisions within a designated departmental budget.

• Plan, promote and facilitate special events, classes and contests, as discussed by management.

• Work with buyers and team leads to create content that highlights our products and drives sales.

• Monitor and remain responsive to the Marketing email account.

• Participate in rebranding efforts as the scope of the company grows and changes.

• Seek out networking opportunities to preserve and improving Logans’ image as a neighborhood institution.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic, energetic, self-starter.

• Experience in retail and/or sales a plus.

• Formal training in key Marketing principles (certificate or degree required).

• Proven effectiveness in a Marketing role.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and professional interactions with guests and employees.

• Ability to exercise good judgement and assume responsibility for own actions. 

Work Environment

• Indoor position in an office setting, unless temporarily assisting in another department or attending an event/meeting off-site. 

• Occasional travel to other Logan’s locations (currently Fuquay-Varina/Knightdale).

Schedule

• Full-Time, Permanent Position

• 40 hours, Monday-Friday, and an occasional Saturday when there is a special event.
