INVENTORY CONTROL ASSOCIATE

Input Purchase Orders for plants and all green goods electronically.

Transfer UPCs between existing SKUs, where the retail price has changed.

Match green goods Purchase Orders to receiving/invoices and finalize/run RRP.

Create and enter new SKUs, to include UPC, proper item description, cost, retail, class and fineline, when necessary.

Create and maintain multiple selling units.

Collaborate with the Green Goods departments to streamline Description, SKU and Classification system.

Reconciles discrepancies in inventories due to an error in scanning SKU’s or data entry errors, notifying Supervisor of irregularities and correcting retails as needed.

Track and monitor open Purchase Orders.

Maintain and update inventory records.

Maintain direct communication with buyers regarding any Purchase Orders that may require deletion, an update to the due date, or contacting the vendor for details about backorders, etc.

Setup and cancel promotions including quantity break, promo price, and item promotion (timed), in conjunction with the Marketing Director and department leads.

Monitor inventory email account and respond to emails as needed.

Responsible for answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls to the appropriate team member.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience with plants is a plus but not required.
