Summary

Provide excellent customer service and accurately process register transactions while maintaining an organized and attractive work area.


Guest Services

  • Be an ambassador for Logan's by providing excellent customer service that makes guests feel welcome.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries and special services with appropriate departments and team leads.
  • Responsible for assisting in the training of new cashiers and cross-training of other associates.
  • Retain records for all customer service functions. Keep phone messaging current with seasonal updates.
  • Oversee and authorize higher level guest returns, exchanges, and merchandise credits that require more detail and consideration.
  • Oversee all Epicor processes and functions as it pertains to the cash team, staying up to date on program changes and improving functionality at the POS. Maintain the grid.
  • Serve as the “bridge” between the retail team at pos and the operations and accounting team, helping to maintain best practices for accounting and inventory maintenance.
  • Manage and facilitate customer rewards program.
  • Respond to customer service related emails (info@logantrd.Com and cserv@logantrd.com), phone calls and phone or online transactions.
  • Provides orderly maintenance of front-end supplies.
  • Cashier duties, including handling guest transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Adhere to Logan’s safety standards.
  • Be alert to potential shoplifters, while showing respect for guests.


Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, self-starter.
  • Experience in retail and/or sales a plus.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English and professional interactions with guests and employees.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and assume responsibility for own actions.


Physical Demands

Employee must frequently stand and move for lengthy periods. Adequate footwear is encouraged.


Work Environment

Indoor position in a retail setting, unless temporarily assisting in another department.


Schedule

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, scheduled up to 40 hours, Monday-Saturday.
